We donated to Coast Guard Station Sorsogon and as part of the documentation, we would need their Certificate of Registration for the TIN

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 27, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016, any request for information through eFreedom of Information (eFOI) portal (www.foi.gov.ph) shall attach scanned copies of  the following documents:

1.	 Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative.
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information.
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized or Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the entity.
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature.

Further please be informed that this office does not have the information/document being requested. You may however, coordinate with the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 68-Sorsogon, Sorsogon (provided you have with you the abovementioned documents). Or you may get in touch with the Philippine Coast Guard for a copy of their Certificate of Registration.
