Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2023 01:41:08 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for ITR 2022.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, October 26 and apprised you that your concern/request can be obtained from your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended. We also inform you to update your business registration with Revenue District Office (RDO) 65 - Naga City since this is already closed.
