Hi. I would like to request a copy of BIR receipt if any as evidence for the payment of the Estate Tax of the estate of the late Jesse Robredo of Naga, City, Camarines Sur.

His wife, VP Leni Robredo is a candidate for president this May 9, 2022 elections. It is of great importance that the Filipino people should know if she and all the heirs of Jesse Robredo have already paid the estate tax of the estate of her husband. She’s a public official at present and a presidential candidate so the Filipino people must know if she’s following the tax law in the Philippines.

This is a follow for my request of the record of the payment of estate tax of the estate of Jesse Robredo in Naga City.

You promised to act on my request on or before April 26 but it’s now 27th of April and I have not received a reply from you.
