Hi i would like to request to please upload the TIN of my client, name, Araceli P. Bool, i am transferring her title who bought by her buyer, and I need it to upload very soon in BIR RDO 31, for me to able to get the C.A.R at BIR Pasig. I used to go there in RDO 31 but it was offline, and it cause me money, wasting efforts and time.
Pls upload her TIN, thank you so Much FOI and Mr President Duterte for this FOI website

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Tax Identification Number Card.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

However, we would like to advise you may to visit the concerned BIR Revenue District Office (RDO). Please bring any two of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity for validation purposes.Also, for us not to violate the rules under Sec. 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended and the Data Privacy Act of 2012, please be advised that if the eFOI request is made through a representative, the following should also be presented to the frontline officer:
i.	Special Power of Attorney (original) indicating that the representative is authorized by the rightful owner,
ii.	copy of one (primary) or two(secondary) government-issued IDs bearing the signature of the requesting party 
iii.	original one (1) primary or two (2) secondary government-issued IDs of the representative.

Please be reminded that TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
