Hi i'm Vincent Quitilen Ong, I would like to request a copy of my 2316 for the year 2017 and 2018.

I have lost the original copy of it and as per my previous company, they have already destroyed their copy since it is already 5 years old.  

The companies I have worked are as follows:
2017 - Carrascal Nickel Corporation (TIN 006-518-914-000)
2018 - Westernshore Nickel Corporation (TIN 008-659-255-000)

The document is required as proof of my employment from the previous years. 

I hope you can help me with this one.
