Greetings! I would like to reiterate my appeal for reconsideration for the SBWS Program. I strongly believe that I am qualified to file an application for Cash Assistance in favor of my employees. I have submitted all the requirements as requested including FORM 1604CF in my first appeal sent on APRIL 25, 2020
Any assistance that my employees will get from the Government will
go a long way in coping up with the difficult situation that we are all
facing now.

Dear Ma'am Ana Marie,
I appreciate your prompt response to my message regarding SBWS Program. I understand, the cash assistance will run through until May 31, 2020 only. With your acceptance and taking an interest on my appeal for reconsideration, my employees at ZEM SALON AND SPA (which remained close until now) have high hopes and expectations that somehow their financial predicament would soon be alleviated through the help from the Government. I could not imagined why they are deprived of this much needed help in this time of difficulty, since I have complied with the documentary requirements and filed the application for pre-qualification within the prescriptive period.
Again, thank you Ma'am Ana Marie for whatever assistance you can provide to favorably expedite the resolution of my appeal.
