Hi BIR, 

Good day.

I would like to check if the Kelsey Hills (the Meadows and the Manors) Homeowners Association registered in your office and if they apply for receipts filing for monthly dues collection.  Ijust want to ask for the OR numbers being registered from 2015 to 2020. The HOA was registered under Region 3 and located at Muzon, SJDM, Bulacan. Thanks.

You asked for Records of Receipt filing of Kelsey Hills (the Meadows and the Manors) HOA.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved. In reply, said company is registered with the BIR and has applied for receipts, however, we cannot provide the serial nos. of the said receipts from 2015 to present since any records containing information regarding the business is covered by Section 270 of the NIRC, as amended, for your information and guidance.
