Response to your request

Per our phone conversation today, July 3, you were apprised that your request 
can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) according to Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended and which can be use for your intended purpose.
