You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

In this regard, we would like to advise you to visit the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are presently registered, or through your authorized representative and file your request for a certified true copy of your ITR. Please bring along the original copy and a photocopy and pay the corresponding certification fee of P100.00 plus a documentary stamp for P30.00 as this will be attached to the certified true copy. We would be more than happy and glad to serve you.
