Dear Ms. Dayao,

I refer to my letter of Nov 30, 2021 09:18:19 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

If you are requesting for your ITR, kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR form did you file for the year 2020? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, 
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 
 On the other hand, ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year, hence, we cannot provide you a copy of the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 23, 2022 11:09:38 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
