Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me: Angelica Mae Cayamo Paloma. I have been getting threats and I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.

You may inquire with the Regional Trial Court (RTC) to verify if you have an existing Criminal Case filed against you, if you received  Notice of Sobpeana or Affivadit of Complaint (coursed through a registered mail) wherein RTC Branch/No. are indicated to verify the status of the aforesaid complaint.
