Hi, 

I would like to request for a copy of my Income Tax Return From Nov 2016- December 2017.
I will use this as a proof that I was employed in Autodrive that time. I need this as a requirement in applying for a Bachelor's Degree in ETEEAP program. They require a minimum years of experience to apply for the course, that's why I need this form.

Hope you can send it asap, as the deadline of sending requirements is this coming June.

I refer to my letter of May 25, 2022 03:51:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You have indicated in your request that you require a copy of your ITR for taxable period 11/01/2016 -12/31/2017. For verification and clarification, kindly provide additional information on the following:

1. Did you have a registered business between the period 2016-20171? Or were you an individual earning on purely compensation income from the period of 2016-2017?

2.  If employed, kindly provide the name of your employer and registered address of your employer.

3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited periods?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 18, 2022 02:33:08 AM, your request will be closed.
