You requested for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for the year 2019.
Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information: Copy of your ITR (BIR Form 2316) for the period 2019.
Your requested information cannot be not found in our records.
After careful consideration, however, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the period 2019. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was attached and sent to your email.
