I would like to request for the above-mentioned document in relation to my intended application for a tourist visa to Japan. I am slated for a trip to Tokyo from February 7 to 12.

I refer to my letter of Oct 31, 2023 10:19:11 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business during the period of March 13, 2023 to October 31, 2023? Or are you a self-employed individual (Job Order Contract) during the period of March 13, 2023 to October 31, 2023? Or an Individual Earning Purely Compensation Income (Employee) for the period of March 13, 2023 to October 31, 2023?

I was previously employed as an associate with the law firm Tan, Concepcion and Que Law Offices from 13 March to 2 June of 2023.
