Hi!

I would like to request for a copy of the Annex A of RMO 28-2012 dated December 19, 2012, which is not uploaded with the full text of the said RMO in the BIR website.

While there are minor revisions in the Collection Manual, through RMO 35-20019 for example, the Collection Manual is still applicable in some of the tax audits I am handling in my job.
