1. The requesting party shall attach to his/her FOI request at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party; and
2. As to your request for TIN verification, you may proceed with Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 58-Batangas located at BIR Building, Hilltop Road, Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City.
