Good day!
Thank you for the prompt response, however, upon checking on the file that I received, the attached file was only the copy of my BIR 2316 for the year 2020. Please note that I requested copies of my BIR 2316 for the period from January 2015 to December 2020. The documents being requested are significant for my query to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG since those documents are the ones that I can only retrieve without the help of my employer.
