Good day!
I would like to request for a BIR form 2316 and 1905 as a part of my employment requirements in my new company. My name is Colleene May Marie M. Escarlan and I used to work in Next BPO Solutions, Inc., ACC Bldg., Quimpo Blvd., Ecoland, Davao City.
