Hi! I would like to request an information regarding to my incorrect filing of my tin number in my 2316. 

Im Catherine Diaz , I have worked in MINI DEPATO CORP. company for almost 6 years . and my tin number in 2316 is not correct . I just found out when i resigned in the company . I just want to know if who is going to correct my 2316 ? thank you. I already emailed the HR and she said that Since you I'm separated with them,  They're not the authorized employer for the correction of your TIN.
BIR 2316 was also provided to me yearly from 2017 - 2022.
