Hi! I would like to request for a copy of my of my BIR form 2316 from my previous employer Sykes Asia Inc. I worked with them last year for a span of 2 months I think. I started April, 2022 and ended June 20, 2022. I need a copy of my form 2316 from them because I need it in filing BIR 1700. I am late since the deadline was last April 15, 2023.

This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since your BIR Form 2316 is not included in the submission of SYKES ASIA INC for the year 2022.
