Hello, good day!

I would like to changed to RDO 100 - Ozamis City, because it was previously RDO 082 when I was working in Cebu City . I am now currently in Oroquieta City and my employer is asking for my Form 1905 until January 31, 2023. Could you please help me to resolve my problem as it is not feasible for me to travel back to Cebu just to hand personally my Form 1905 and have it changed. Thank you for the assistance that you may offer to this request.

You may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 with your two (2) valid government issued identification cards via email at rdo_82css@bir.gov.ph and rdo_82@bir.gov.ph, they will be the one to transfer your TIN record to the RDO that has jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
