You asked for 1973 Zonal Values of Toledo City, Cebu.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.
Dear Mr. Magdalera:
This is with reference to your email message dated May 11, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value for property in Toledo City for the year 1973.
Please be informed that the initial zonal valuation in Toledo City took effect on July 8, 1997.
Please be informed also that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field. Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:
1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed;
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet;
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value ; and
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
