Hi, I would like to request my income tax return coverage of sept.1, 2021 to march 31, 2022. If ever you would not grant this request may you please let me know what steps needs to do and what requirements are needs to comply. Just to inform you, that i transfer from employed to self employed due to my current work as a virtual assistant in USA. apparently, pag ibig housing loans requires me to submit ITR as part of their requirements. my current status is my house supposed to take out and i wasn't able to provide ITR because of my current status. would you kindly help me and approve my reques

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly provide us additional contact details and attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for identification purposes.

Also, kindly clarify from your new employer if what they are asking from you is the ITR last year as maybe what they were asking is the BIR Form 2316 for the current year for them to do the year-end adjustment. Your new employer will take into consideration your income from previous employment and your tax liability will be based on your total income for the year. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
