Hello!

I would like to inquire with my issue on BIR Form 2316 update.
The said form's latest update was released on Sept 2021 but no update on the data entry's version has been released yet as of now. The taxpayer's deadline is fast approaching but we cannot start working with it unless we have the updated data entry version, or if we at least receive an advise on what we should do as alternative.

You asked for BIR Data Entry Module.

Response to Request

In reply, an updated version of the Alphalist Data Entry Module as an attachment to the filing of BIR Form 1604C Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and which includes the 5% PERA tax credit will soon be released.

Moreover, unaffected taxpayers may proceed with the filing of the above on the deadline on January 31.  However, affected taxpayers are advised to wait for the release of the updated Alphalist Module.
