Good day !! May i request a copy of my BIR form 2316 for this year for it is part of my requirement in a job am applying for my previous company has not been responding to my emails

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR/2316 for 2021 is yet to be filed next year, hence, your request is denied.
Thus, it is advised that you better ask a copy of your 2316 directly from your employer as they are the main source of such document .
