Dear Mr. Manalo:

I refer to my letter of Aug 25, 2023 12:24:36 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.

In reply, kindly provide us the following:

1. Name of your Employer for CY 2021;
2. TIN of your Employer; and
3. Registered Address of your Employer.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-317280732870, to respond.

On your other request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2018, the record is already unavailable since the BIR and Revenue District Office (RDO) follow strictly the four (4) year retention period of documents.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 21, 2023 01:28:13 AM, your request will be closed.
