Dear Charmaine Anne Lulu,

I refer to my letter of Jun 29, 2021 06:01:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Our compliance section of RDO 47 is requesting several requirements. In particular, it would be helpful to know  the following:

1) It should be noted that your employer is responsible for providing you as an employee with the original Bir Form 2316.
2) Duly received Annex F by the BIR. The proof that your employer came to RDO 47 and have the Annex F containing the list and 2316 of their employees who availed of subtitued filing.
3) Bring your copy of 2316 for stamping of certified true copy.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

1) It should be noted that your employer is responsible for providing you as an employee with the original Bir Form 2316.
2) We did not received Annex F from your employer which is the proof that your employer came to RDO 47 and have the Annex F containing the list and 2316 of their employees who availed of subtitued filing.
