Hi! I would like to request a copy of the Income Tax Return and Certificate of Tax Exemption which I will be using as one of the requirements for applying for scholarship.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for an Income Tax Return and Certificate of Tax Exemption.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

On the other hand, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
