Good day! I am a Contract of Service employee of DPWH from March 2015 - July 13, 2022. From July 14, 2022, I am officially hired as a regular employee. Our HR advised us to close our case in BIR which is I don't know that the procedure existed. My problem is that for 7 years past i wasn't able to do it. I would like to request a copy of my 1701, 0605 and 1901 so that I can present it to my RDO.. Thank you so much.

Upon through verification we found out that you had visited our office personally and already complied with the documentary requirement for closure as well as the registration for a local employee (regular employee).
