hi, i wanted to know what is the tin number of Trace College located in Guadalupe Makati City. This is for the use of updating my information in bir.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 12, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We cannot provide the TIN of Trace College located in Guadalupe Makati because pursuant to Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016, any request for information through eFreedom of Information (eFOI) portal (www.foi.gov.ph) shall attach scanned copies of  the following documents:
1.	 Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative.
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information.
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized, Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the corporation.
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature.

Further, if you need to update your information we advised you to submit a duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 with two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is registered.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
