Hi, 

I would like to request for my BIR Form No. 2316 for the year of 2021.
I filed my ITR using the form 1700 with my employer's TIN no. 000-215-232-0000 DATEM INCORPORATED located at 99 Mindanao Ave, Brgy. Bahay Toro Quezon City 1106.

I will email my two government-issued IDs and selfie picture, as proof of my identity to ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 14, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as the said document is yet to be submitted next year. However, you may wish to request a copy of this form from your previous employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made. Your new employer is responsible to do the year-end adjustment, thus they need to take into consideration your income from previous employment and your tax liability will be based on your total income for the year.
