Dear Leoneil John Francisco:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 11, 2022 12:32:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your  Income Tax Return (ITR) 1701.

In reply, your request was endorsed to our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 53B-Muntinlupa City for necessary action. Please expect a call from Ms. Annie Rojas the FOI Officer of the district office.

Please be informed also, that that the ITRs that our district office had in their files are those returns which were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks (AABs), however, for no-payment returns and with payment returns who opted to use and were filed through the eBIRForms and Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), we regret to inform you that our district office do not have the hard copies of these returns in file. 

Kindly bring the original and duplicate copy of the return with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents being requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Section 270 of the NIRC.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO where he is registered on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
