To whom it may concern,
I am Manuel Angelo Casalan, a statistician for a non-profit researching on conflict in ARMM. I kindly request for data on number of registered taxpayers with TIN in ARMM, aged 18-39, in 2017 and 18. To be exact, we want to know how many males aged 18-39 are registered taxpayers in 2017 and compare it to 2018 numbers.
We are currently undertaking a quantitative research on conflict incidence in ARMM. One variable we are looking into is population of youth age males.
