Tracking no: #BIR-331948899298

Rojas 04:02 PM, Apr 19, 2022

Hi! I would like to request for BIR Verification Slip with a reflecting BIR Stamp. I mistakenly declared to my company that I already have TIN, therefore they required me to submit a verification slip indicating that I have no records or TIN.

Thank you very much.
