I refer to my letter of Apr 06, 2022 03:34:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 1700.

-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online) 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 30, 2022 06:12:33 AM, your request will be closed.
