Hi,

I will like to request information of a corporation if still existing or active as I check on SEC Website , last filing of Annual FS is 2021 for year 2020.

And as I visit thier office address the company is no longer there and no one have idea where they transfer or are they still operational .
This is to support the filing of dismissal of my lawyer to my case.
I am single parent and 4 kids and as much as I wanted to close the case .
Company Name : Vivo Mobile Tech Inc.,
I want to check if the said company submit an affidavit of no operation since as I check also they did not renew 2022

In reply, please be informed that the Revenue District Office (RDO) cannot divulge confidential matters falling under the exceptions to the Freedom of Information and Section 270 of the of the National Internal Revenue Code  (Tax Code) of 1997, as amended.

You can make your representation with the RDO 43-Pasig provided you have with you the following documents:

1. Letter request by the taxpayer or its authorized representative;
2.	The request shall reasonably describe the purpose of the request for information;
3.	Original Board Resolution duly notarized, Corporate Secretary Certificate, or other acceptable written consent showing the authority of the representative to act in behalf of the corporation;
4.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing photograph and signature.

Just to clarify is this necessary authorized representative of the company or I can a request  ad private individual can request for Verification Status of this company and I just state the reason why I need the information
