Dear Ms. Roman,

I refer to my letter of Oct 20, 2021 02:23:39 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for RECENT 2316.

Response to your request
Please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your previous employer, If there is any, as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made. Kindly clarify if said forms has been issued and signed by you, otherwise we can not provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 12, 2022 04:54:05 AM, your request will be closed.
