Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 02, 2023 09:08:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for a New Number tin and ID Card

Response to Request

In reply, you may request for a TIN Id Card at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered (in your case, you are registered at RDO No. 57-Biñan Laguna). The new TIN Card (just like the one attached in your request) shall be issued to individual taxpayers Only in the following instances:

1. Taxpayer is being issued a TIN for the first time;
2. Updating of name of married female;
3. Changing the registered address; and
Replacing lost/damaged TIN Card.

A re-issuance fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) shall be imposed/collected by the RDO.
