Hi,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2022-2023.

My name is Karla Tuble Manalo, and my tax identification number is 711480205. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my credit card application.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience. 

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Dear Ms. Manalo:

I refer to my letter of Dec 20, 2023 05:41:42 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request a copy of Income tax return.

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-341769683780, for the Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return.

After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. 
However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.

For other concern/assistance, email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-341769683780, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 14, 2024 02:08:22 AM, your request will be closed.
