Hi, I would like to get a copy of my latest ITR since it is a requirement for a credit card application.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Latest ITR.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR  for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15. 
Also, I have noticed that you were not able to attach scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.Ds containing your birthdate, photograph, and signature, hence, this request is denied. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
