I refer to my letter of Sep 17, 2023 09:41:54 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR).

In order for us to work further on your request, it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)	What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting for us? Is it BIR Form 
        1701 or BIR Form 1701A?
2)     What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
2)	What is your Tax Identification Number (TIN) as indicated in your filed 
        return?
3)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your BIR Form 1701 or BIR 
        Form 1701A?
4)	Did you file your ITR Online (thru eBIRForms facility) or over the counter?
