You asked for ITR.

Response to your request: 

As per verification in our BIR System, you have no record of filed ITR. Therefore, our staff called you up to clarify and you admitted that you were not able to file the said ITR.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Group Supervisor Robe Ruferos at telephone number 285-7988.

Your right to request a review
