June 25, 2022 Dear Mr. Rolan Cortez: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You request or inquire if a Tax Declaration is available under the Name of Pedro Cortez. Please be informed that Tax Declaration is not within the jurisdiction of work/function of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to process and issue to the concerned taxpayer/requestor. This is under the Jurisdiction of the Local Government Unit having jurisdiction over the place of the property. Same reason that we cite under #BIR-853886380060. Please be informed that you may ask the Assessors’ Office of the Local/City Government of San Jose Bulacan having jurisdiction over the location of the property id the tax declaration of Pedro Cortez is available for release. And if the request is made through a representative, a Notarized Authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of the principal and at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of such representative and the principal for validation purpose.
