Response to your request

Ang BIR Form No. 2316 o Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld ay ang Annual Income Tax Return ng isang taxpayer na may employer-employee relationship.

Makikita sa BIR Form No. 2316 ang kinita ng isang empleyado sa loob ng isang taon at kung ito ay hindi exempt sa withholding tax, makikita rin dito ang halaga ng buwis na kinaltas.

Ang EMPLOYER ang nagiisyu ng BIR Form No. 2316 at ang EMPLOYER na rin ang magfifile nito sa BIR.
