Dear Mr. Trentado,

I refer to my letter of Oct 21, 2021 02:26:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income tax return.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO, kindly provide us the following details and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR did you file? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

For 2021 ITR, this is yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year, hence we we can not provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 14, 2022 12:53:19 AM, your request will be closed.

Please be informed that upon verification of 2316 submitted by Loanworks Technologies dated February 26, 2021 your name was not included among the list, hence, we cannot provide your request.
