Good Day!
I am Donnabel De La Cruz Quejado, a resident of 105 J.P. Laurel St., U.P. Campus Diliman, Quezon City. I am requesting for the issuance of No-Tin Verification Slip as a requirement for my employment at Eperformax as a CSR agent. 

This will be used as a reference for:
1. Employment requirements
2. For tax payment in the future.
3. Valid I.D.

You asked for a No-TIN verification slip.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.
In this regard, to personally verify your TIN, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02)85383200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. Furthermore, you may also try using the BIR Mobile TIN Verifier App by downloading this link: (https://play.google.com/store/apps./details?id=com.bir.birrr6manila&&hl=en&gl=US) or thru the App Store for IOS users.

On the other hand, you may also visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to personally verify your TIN. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.
