I would like to request a copy of my ITR from the period entered above (June 3, 2015 - January 16, 2019). This document will be used as a proof of my employment on those years.

Dear Ms. Lara,

I refer to my letter of Nov 16, 2021 07:49:56 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details from 2014-2019 (for each year) and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file for 2020?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 08, 2022 04:33:26 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
