Dear Mr. Timones:

I refer to my letter of Oct 24, 2023 02:40:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2307.

In reply, the BIR Form 2307 is issued by your employer to an Individual registered as Freelancer and/or Self-employed. This is an attachment to your supposedly filed Income Tax Return.

Kindly clarify if you have filed your Income Tax Return for the Calendar Year through eBIRForms Facility or at the Revenue District Office?
