Hi! I am Marc Myer G. De Asis, Revenue Officer I (Examiner) of BIR RDO 74 currently assigned in the Assessment Section. My main duty is to conduct an audit investigation of tax liabilities of taxpayers under investigation. As such, this RAMO 1-2020 will be useful in conducting a quality audit since all the procedures and technique in tax audit is incorporated in this memorandum.
