Please be informed of the following:

TIN Verification Slip - based on your given address at the portal, you may visit BIR Revenue District Office (BIR-RDO) No. 59-Lipa City located at BIR Building, Barangay Marawoy, Lipa City. If the request is made through representative, a Special Power of Attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative and the principal shall be presented.

Please be reminded that TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
